I have an SCO Openserver 5.0.5 system on a LAN which currently has a default route configured. This route allows a remote branch office to communicate with the SCO system. I would like to configure another branch office, but communicate with this branch on a separate router.

As long as the subnets are different then you can add as many routes as you need.
route add {branch subnet} {routerip}
route add {branch subnet} {routerip}
