Is it possible not to aggregate on one dimension?

I have Inventory data in a cube. I have product, store and warehouse dimensions. And Time dimension. But since Inventory data is different from Sales, I don't want the OLAP to SUM up inventory values for Product 1 over all time periods. It doesn't make sense to add yesterday inventory to todays inventory. I need to get the MAX of them or Min or AVG. But I still need to aggregate over other time dimensions.
Does anybody know how I can do it?
