Is it posible to regenerate C source code using exe alone

Hi,

One of our clients lost their 'C' source codes in Unix (IBM AIX) for more than 50 programs. They only have the exe (executables) with them. Their requirement is to regenerate (reverse engineering) the source codes from the exe.

Is it possible to do it so. If yes please help us.
