Is it ok to have % signs in my title? Would it effect(in a bad way) my rankings?

Don't worry about rankings! you'll just end up in spiral of changing things just for the sake of it.
Ask yourself is this good for my visitors!

What is good for SEs today will be bad tommorrow.
