Hey,
my question is for appnair and ggriffit :).
I work on livelink since march 2010, my company wants to be OT partner, so i have to pass the certification exam for developer. I just want to know if it's a difficult exam and wich parts of livelink i need to focus for this exam.

i haven't access to the KC yet but i will have it soon (i hope :)).

The certification exam is not solely dependnet on the classes that you take. They would want an allrounded approach.Qns you can eexpect from oscript is probably something you know the object model of development and such like, administartion things such as how to get out if an install module is cocked up.I assume you know how to install modules that affecxt schem without using a dummy database that kind.It tests your all round ability but one should pay close attention to schema, oscript, advanced adminstartion, discussion forums etc.I did not find it difficult as I had been working in livelink in all roles for about 13 yrs now and I took it about 4 yrs back.

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

I did the exam a few years ago, and you need to have a good grasp of all the elements you need for a module, such as WebNode commands, WebNode actions, subtypes etc. The exam itself varies regularly to keep people on their toes.

As APPNAIR says, if you have done a good range of Livelink development then you should be ok in the exams at the end of the BootCamp and the BootCamp will be a good revision aid too to get things back in your head before the exam.
