Is it a good idea for a DC to hold all of the 5 FSMO roles?

Domain Naming Master
RID Master
PDC Emulator
Instrastructure Master

What is your suggestions?

Depends on how large the network is, how many domains are involved, but generally on smaller networks, AD uses little resources, have all the roles on the FSMO. A while back I did quite a bit of raid and network benchmarking before and after DCpromo, from the benchmarks you could not see any difference, obviously with hundreds or thousands of users, multiple domains AD roles will have an affect on server performance, than role placement becomes an issue.

I have a small network with less than 50 uers. All roles on FSMO would be fine.
