I'm somewhat new to telecom. About 2 years ago we moved into a new building and since then we have periodically been having problems with our voice PRI. Qwest is our provider and UCN is our long distance carrier(if it matters) and I have a TeleSynergy pbx switch. Our phone issues include clicking on the line, static, busy signal after dialing, dropped calls when they reach our ACD que and my users get a "due to network difficulties, call cannot be completed" when dialing out. and someone mentioned that you can have problems with HDSL2 and not have any alarms on the T1, is this true? What can I do to prove to Qwest that there is a problem with HDSL2?
