They aren't in the UK. We connect both premicells and devices like the 2n voiceblue lite gsm gateway to the systems and both are fine

We've an 8 port Quescomm. Can't see any reason why they would be anywhere. They are just big cell / mobile phones.

Have you heard about GSM Gateway Fraud? Landline to mobile here in Philippines is very expensive! So when we use GSM Voice Gateway, we will be able to save a lot. But I'm worried if this will violate any Telecommunication Law. But I will not use the gateway to resell the service.

That's the main point of a GSM gatewaym to reduce landline to mobile costs.
Just make sure you either withold the outgoing number, otherwise they will try to call you back on that number.

We actually use ours for DR situations or to rapidly delpoy a new office until fixed line comms can get in.
