I have a user who needs to access appointments up to 24 months old, his outlook is only showing 12 months.
Has the older data been purged?
If not how can it been accessed?
The server is 3 years old running exchange 2003 and the clients laptop is only 3months but email account is 3 years.

thanks in advance

I would setup autoarchiving on the users outlook for the Calendar. This will prevent your Exchange Database from growing very large from extending everyones calendar retention. As for his old Calendar objects, you may be able to get them off of a backup if u still have one that old.
