Is Dynamic Memory Allocation = Shared Memory? 1

I was looking on specifications on a laptop and examined the description of the video card:

Video
Graphics Controller
Intel 855GME (Integrated Graphic Memory Controller Chipset)
Video Memory: 16-64MB DDR Memory (Dynamic Video Memory Allocation). 64-bit Graphics Accelerator.4x AGP bus support. 2D and 3D Graphics

Well, it says 16-64 MB DDR Memory -- does it mean that this video memory is shared (and takes it directly from the RAM) or is it video memory of its own uniquely for the video card?
