Is Drop Procedure a logged transaction?

If a stored procedure is dropped, a record would be deleted from the syscomments table. Would a log reader find that transaction to determine the user that dropped it?

Or aren't transactions in system tables logged?
 
Yes the DROP PROCEDURE command is logged. A log reader should be able to show you who dropped the procedure.
