is cr 8.5 developer better than professional for a web viewed report? 2

I am required to create a report on crystal reports which will be sent on web after viewed by authorities . what edition of crystal report 8.5 would be better developer or professional?

If you just want to use Crystal Enterprise Standard then they're both the same.
If you want to use ASP and the free runtime stuff (extra coding but potentially cheaper) then you need the developer Andrew Baines
