Is cdn.eyewonder.com a spyware or what?

Hey, On the computers in our public library system we are required to filter by the federal government. This site cdn.eyewonder.com is causing popups to occur continually throughout the region. Obviously it is hitting the filter. Anybody know what eyewonder is? I've tried to search it and am not quite sure what I'm dealing with. Of course no one at the Library Commission, where we are filtered, knows what I am talking about.

Anyone here know about eyewonder?

Blocking Tip:

Often by right clicking on a given popup>properties, it is possible to locate the domain URL. You can then attempt to block the URL with a HOSTS file entry as follows:

127.0.0.1 domain_url.com (see 1st link for another example)
