I am planning to replace our old BD6808 because we need more ports then it can handle.
So one of the new switches I have been looking at is the BD8810 (BD10808 is too big for us)

Does anyone have some comments on the BD8810 they want to share?

So far, so good with our 2 8810s. We also have 2 BD10Ks, and the Extremeware XOS has been great...hitless upgrades is a blessing. Some techs would have liked web access for XOS, but the command line is fine IMO. I'm kinda "so-so" with Extreme and/or Avaya's support, but we really haven't had much need for service calls anyway! Now, EpiCenter is a different story...

Gigaspeed, are you using any VoIP technologies, if so how is it working for you with Extreme and Avaya?

rn4it, no we aren't using VoIP. We're a little behind the times in that aspect.
