I'm about to roll-out the Avaya one-X Call Assistant to a production Windows 2008r2 Terminal Server. Unfortunately I don't have a test environment at the moment.
Does anyone has experience installing this version (8.1.95.76) on TS?
The earlier versions of this software were not supported on Citrix/TS, and if you would install it anyway, only 1 instance would run, so if multiple users were to start the software in their own sessions, only one would see the call assistant. I have been reading the 9.0 documentation, and it seems to be supported now at least with 9.0. I'm just curious if it was already supported on 8.1.95.76.
I know I can just try and roll it out, but it would be great if someone had already tried it and can share his/her experience.
