Users are asking for auto-forwarding, that is, an outside e-mail arrives in one box and is immediately forwarded to several other boxes. I've suggested a group e-mail address be created to send to all at once, and that resolves a few requests, but others suggest there is still a good reason for having the auto-forward feature they used once in Exchange. I've not seen a forwarding option on Rules. Is there a way to achieve this?

If you're familiar with Notes Agents, then create a forwarding agent.

As the persistent lot suggested you can acheive Auto-forwarding using Agents. You don't have to be a pro to do this. you can start somewhere and learn quickly.

In LN Menu Bar of the particular Mail box: Create -> Agent
1. Give a Title for the agent
2. In the "When should this Agent Run ?" combo select "If New Mail Has Arrived" or any other option that best suits you.
3. Select "Add Search" to specify conditions like "By Author" or "By Field" where field "From" contains the sender email address.
4. Select "Add Action" and specify "Send Mail Message", List of Receipients in the "To" box and check the "Include copy of document"

Save the Agent. And You've Auto-forwarding !!!

I use this for Resigned Employee(s) Mailbox for a period of time. I've copy of the mail forwarded to me and his manager. And a reply to the Sender informing that the person has resigned and a copy the message is being forwarded for necessary action.

Thanks, SARUN. That deserves a star!

We tried this and everything worked well. One modification to what was said. Instead of "If New Mail Has Arrived" we discovered it should be "After New Mail Arrives". We also tried "Before New Mail Arrives", but it didn't work.

Its "If New Mail Has Arrived" in LN 4.6. I think you must be using LN 5.0.

You need to use "After New Mail Arrives" since you want to forward an Incoming Mail. which you can only after the mail has arrived. I'm not sure where "Before New Mail Arrives" is to be applied.

And thanks for the Star.
