We are getting an error message TGSCTL.REC 10 after we logged in, but no luck fixing the problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
We started the new year, 2008, without closing 2007. When we were prompted to delete prior year data, we would enter no and the system would operate as normal. But our manager did something to the computer when she turned it on in the morning, and now we are getting the error message. When the error message appears, we hit enter and we get a message that the system was properly shut down.
Any idea what happened or how it can be fixed?
