Is anyone else using Office calendar free plugin?

I'm wondering if anyone else has used this plugin to manage outlook calendars? It appears to store the appointments in an mdb file, which in theory should make it very easy to use access to add to the calendars of the end users.

I have a client who's office isn't using exchange server, and is using this for their shared calendars. I'm going to build them an access application to manage a lot of their business, and if I could integrate it with this calendar application easily, it would really be a plus. I am hoping someone else out there has used it, as I don't have it installed on my own system - it's in the client's offices. Thanks!
