Do I need to convert my jpeg's to bitmaps in FoxPro before placing on a report?

What version and SP of VFP are you running, and how are these files stored? (e.g. As individual files on disk, in a General field, in a binary Memo field, etc.)

Iver,

JPGS are OK with VFP 6.0 and above, as are GIFs. Before that, you could only use BMPs and a couple of others.

Then in VFP 8 a bunch more acceptable formats were added including tiff files.

And, of course, in VFP 9.0, we will have the GDI improvements, which open up many more possibilities.
