I am about to change my old phone system (NEC Axis Master) to a NEC NEAX 2000 IPS. The problem is, I have around 90 DTU Dterms. I tried these on an NEAX 2000 but they did not work. Does anyone know if they are compatible or how to make them work?
Thanks

The DTU phones will work with 8 DLCL cards. COmmand 1217 needs to to be set to a 1 for all the extensions that are using 8DLCL. Also, it if the first port on an 8DLCL is programmed then the whole card must be programmed for DTU phones. BTW the 8DLCL cards are expensive.

Thanks for that. What is the difference in the phone. Is it the firmware or wiring etc?

They will definately not work with DLCP cards?
Thanks

BTW 1217 is required for Len level 0 and 4
i.e. Len 000 and 004
