I have win 2k server running on amd 3200+ machine ith 2 gigs of ram. it has a mirroring raid array on it and a separite 40 gig system drive and a seperate 80 gig data drive..

when I try to copy large amounts of data at a time from the data drive to the raid array I get bsod

irql not or less equal ntoskernal.exe

I have been reading up on this and people say it is faulty ram..I ran the bootable memtest overnight and found zero errors (4 x 512) sticks of corsair value select memory

I have updated to the newest drivers for my mobo of asus' website mobo is a8n vm

any ideas how to fix this

It's a device driver, probably your RAID driver or a filter driver (AV etc.).

Load the memory.dmp file into windbg, set the symbol path to symsrv*symsrv.dll*c:\localcache* and type !analyze at the prompt. This should tell you which driver. Once you know that, go get the latest version and update it.
