Iron Mountain Connected software anyone else use it

we just installed an enterprise wide software package from Iron Mountain called Connected.

Im look for people who have a similar install to swap tips and configuration information, and their experience of using the software.

At the moment we are using Iron Mountains support desk and they are not so fast or helpfull

any usefull information let me know
