Is these someone who can help me to find the IRDA protocol written in C or assembler?

There are sources available on the net but you probably have to pay for them. I haven't found any free ones yet.

I found IRDA protocol source code for Linux, but I think I'll have modify it because I have to programme a microcontroller and before doing it I'm trying to find the standard source..However thanks for your answer....
