irc/generic nothing I use cleans it out

I have ntsys32.dll and sysng.dll is infected with irc/generic and nothing will clean it. I use rav and it catches it but nothing is cleaned. I have use ats and also ip armor but no results also.

Would anyone have any ideas or software that I could purchase to rid this from my system?

What operating system are you using?

Are you able to run the virus scan in safe mode?

Have you tried an online virus scan?

What messages are you getting when you find you are unable to clean the files? Access Denied? Unable to repair?
