does anyone have an idea what might be causing this printer to not print .pdf's? i have two of these printers that are becoming problematic. we had to replace the server all our printers were installed on about a month ago, but only recently have people started complaining about long waits, or failed prints, and it seems to always be .pdf's. i would have thought the problem stemmed from our server swap, but the employees insist that this problem only started about two weeks ago. ive already reloaded the drivers but did not produce results, its still the same. i cannot even print a .pdf directly from the server. another co-worker was the one that manually reloaded all the drivers and printers, (not ghosted, so im not positive which drivers were used prior to the server failure. as far as i can find out from canon and our service contractor, we are using the correct up to date UFRII drivers, i even tried using older UFRII drivers from the date we got the printers hoping that the new drivers were not 100% compatible, but still no fix. any more ideas?
