iQueue Remote Database Verification and Advanced Routing

just about to do this for one of my customers. There is a 98 page PDF, it is titled "Chapter 15 Intelligent queue" i'm not sure where i got it, it may have been the rel 5 update courses Mitel were running for 6100 as i cannot find it on MoL or Prairiefyre's website!!!. It shows how to create action plans and in that section is examples on how to set up a simple or advanced SQL query..if i cant find it i will fins a way to get it to you...

I found simple examples but I would like to know is there any other variables which I can use in a query to a database. Seems that Prairiefyre sells each variable for $1K because I found purchasable option which allowes to match ANI/DNIS and another option to match collected digits and a separate option which gives connection to a database.
