Has anyone configure UPIQ (update position in queue) with IQ and Mitel 3300 and done IQ reporting on contact centre?
I have some questions, here's one:
could I have a message play,with the number in queue midway through the sentence, something like "You are number .... in the queue". My research would suggest you'd have to have it something like "you're number in queue is..." where the number is played right at the end of the recording...

What is required in terms of licenses on CCM to pull IQ reports. I'm leaning towards Enterprise Node.
