Has anyone configure UPIQ (update position in queue) with IQ and Mitel 3300 and done IQ reporting on contact centre?

I have some questions, here's one:
could I have a message play,with the number in queue midway through the sentence, something like "You are number .... in the queue". My research would suggest you'd have to have it something like "you're number in queue is..." where the number is played right at the end of the recording...

Another:
What is required in terms of licenses on CCM to pull IQ reports. I'm leaning towards Enterprise Node.

You can do this via the message plan
just create 3 messages 'you are number' followed by 'play position in queue' followed by 'in the queue'

As far as licenses you need to have IQ reporting as a media server in the license

thanks supernova, are you sure you are referring to Update Position in Queue? I think you may be referring to time in queue. Set up way different. I've done time in queue before.

What would I order for IQ reporting?
dont see anything like that on my price lists.
