Customer has IQ Server which has stopped answering calls. If ports are called direct from the Mitel it shows OOS. The Hunt Group has a 1st Alt set to ring ACD Path which works ok.
IQ Server (5.8) and Mitel 6.0 SP1 have been rebooted and services also stopped and started.
Port Status just shows disabled.
Has anyone any ideas what is wrong?
