IQ migration to a new server

I've migrated the ccm V5.3 and IQ V5.1 to a new server but in the IQ's system status the MITAI is not connected. When I launch the Mital Test tool it says "The MitaiCLient.dll is not installet. Re-installing must fix this problem".

I've re-installed the IQ but the problem persist.

Migrated?, Do you mean you installed it on a new server, turned off the old one and restored a backup and all the voice files?
