I have recently set up a callback on IQ

Everything is working fine but I do have one issue.

Once the caller has entered the telephone number to be called back on, the IQ repeats the number the caller has just entered.
This is followed by a greeting that asks the caller to press 1 to confirm the number is correct or press 2 if the number is incorrect.

If the caller presses 1 then the callback process continues and the callback is successful.

If the caller presses 2 then the caller should then loop to the point in the process where the caller is asked to enter a telephone number.

This is not happening.

The caller is looped to the point in the process where the original numbered entered is repeated and the call is asked the caller to press 1 to confirm the number is correct or press 2 if the number is incorrect.

I have tried a system reboot

Any ideas?

The 3300 is running 8.0.8
The CCM is running 5.5
The IQ is running 5.5
