A client/server network is running Netware using IPX/SPX as the main protocol, although workstations have TCP/IP as well with DHCP (but no DHCP server). To get Internet access for all workstations can I simply connect an ADSL router/firewall to the hub/switch (Cisco PIX 501) and use this as the DHCP server?

As long as the workstations have TCP/IP and the DHCP gives out a default gateway to the PIX, no problem. You don't have to do anything with the NetWare server or the NetWare client.
