IPView wallboard and supervisor silent monitor problem

Client is complaining that IPView wallbaord works well until supervisor attempts to silent monitor.
When supervisor silent monitors the wallboards stop working on the agent PC's. Wallboard works again after supervisor stops silent monitor.
BCM3.6 cumulative patch 2.0 applied.
Anyone else seen this problem or have fix?

You will need to update your BCM with this patch:
BCM 3.6 Reporting for Call Center Client 2.1.050 Update

I believe you problem was fixed on 2.1.040.
