IPView wallboard and supervisor login problem

Client is complaining that IPView wallbaord works well until supervisor attempts to silent monitor.
When supervisor silent monitors the wallboards stop working on the agent PC's. Wallboard works again after supervisor stops silent monitor.
BCM3.6 cumulative patch 2.0 applied.
Anyone else seen this problem or have fix?
 
There is a couple of other patches that need to be appied to the BCM for call center reporting problems.

The patches are

BCM 3.6 Voicemail 36.00.67.22 Update
BCM 3.6 Reporting update for call center 2.1.047

These patches are included in the cumulative 2.0 patch.
Has someone else seen this problem?
I want to know if it is reproducable.
 
Hi aragon those patches are not part of the cumulative patch.
One of the patches is over 74 meg and the cumulative patch is 96 meg in total.
 
The cumulative patch has the version 2.1.0.44 not 2.1.0.47 but maybe a different patch.

 
The two patches mrmarshall is talking about came out about 3 months after the 2.0 cumulative. So load those new patches before doing anything else, imo.
