Hi ...

I have a customer have an IPview Softboard stop working.
The Real and Historical Time Reporting is working.
what is the problem here and how can I resolve this?

Go to the PC and Ping the rcc server.
If you get no response then you have a connection issue.

Also. Has the PC name changed.
Has the PC IP address changed.
Have you checked the wall board set up in rcc.

there is connection issues because the Real and Historical Reporting Working.
the name, IP address, setup not changed.
 
On your RCC server, locally the IPview does it show the report on real time or not.

Does the software also installed any other computers and if yes, does it work for them...

Learning is not enough, you have to apply it...
