IPview softboard

When I log into the IPview softboard the display is appearing but thier is no data. It does not seem to be collecting from RCC comp. Any assistance would be great!

Check that you can ping the RCC Server.

when setting up IP view account on RCC did you tell it the IP address or computer name? If the IP are you using DHCP maybe it changed. You should use the computer name.

It's only dialtone!!!
