Greetings!
I have a user who ipView softboard will not stay on top of her other windows. All the other users including myself do not have this issue. I have recently set the alarm configuration in the RCC and had her changer her softboard configuration to 'On Top for Alerting' but that has had no effect. The alarm configuration is working with my and every other users softboards, causes our ipView to pop on top of all other windows when the threshold is met(after configuration is set to 'On Top for Alerting'). Has anyone else encountered this problem?
