I am running reporting for call center on a BCM400 3.7 with core and feps and call center patches applied

Reporting for call center works perfectly however Ipview works on only one machine (lucky its the bosses) in the building. On any other machine Ipview remains completely blank and displays no information. Yes, i have added the machines IP to reporting and no there are no firewalls blocking the connection. any clues

Could be an XP firewall issue.

Try connecting to IPView with netbios name rather than IP address.
