Does someone use IPView (Console Net). We have the problem that the program is working very slow. It take some time before the ringing phone will be 'ringing' on the screen (2-5 sec). This is very irritating for our receptionistes.

Do you have the stats refresh every second or 3 seconds? I think it defaults to 3. If their local area network is good, it should be able to handle a refresh every second.

Thanks Bluemr2 for your tip. Wich stat do you mean to change? Someting in Ipview/ConsoleNet or in IE?

When you first set-up reporting for call center, you made a call center connection. Its an option in the call center connection. What version bcm do you have?

Hello Bluemr2,

We use version 4.02.03a sinds 04-01-2007. The connection from the BCM400 to the ConsoleNet server is from then Nortel Lan CTE to the PBXserver on the ConsoleNet server. We don't have callcenter license. In the LanCTE option's I can't find any option for the refresh stat.

hello bluemr2,

I think you mean the ipview board, but we use IPview Console/Console Net.

What version of ConsoleNET do you have?
Has it always refreshed slowly?
In version 3 Convertec says it needs a minimum of 2500 cpu, 1 gig drivespace and the latest version of IIS. ConsoleNET also doesn't play well with RCC so they can't be on the same server.

Hello Crowtalks and mrmarshall,

We use the latest version of ConsoleNet. We first tryed IPView Console, but that was too slow. Than we got the latest version from Convertec. But it was still slow. The Pc is far better than the server Convertec tells us. It's installed on a seperate server with nothing else on it. We have two clients on different Pc's. Not on the server. For the IP phoning we have a seperate Vlan. The problem off the slowness accours when the are two or more incomming calls on holt. New incomming calls will come slowly on the screen( phone is ringing, but its take two/three seconds before is coming on the screen) and the call onhold can not be pickup.
