ipview and vista

I have a client that has upgraded their ipview client to Vista and cannot get it to work

Running the client from xp is fine so it seems to be a Vista compatibility thing. Itel have said in theory it should work fine but have not tested it so will not yet support it. Any ideas?

Hi, try to run the application in this way:
Right click on the file, then properties, then click on the compatibility folder, select run in WINXP or WIN2K compatibility, then apply.

If still wont work the software is really not compatible.

Nortel does not support Vista yet on anything.
