IPv6 addressing for serial links....

I've just started learning and playing around with IPv6 and have a very basic question. With IPv4, you always use a /30 for serial links. For IPv6, would that become a /127? For example, I'm playing around with Cisco's Packet Tracer and have the following addresses on the serial links (and I'm able to ping both directions). Would this set up be the equivalent of a /30 mask in IPv4?

2001:AAAA:BBBB:CCCC:DDDD:EEEE:FFFF:FFE0/127
2001:AAAA:BBBB:CCCC:DDDD:EEEE:FFFF:FFE1/127
