IPU R-state PCB

Anybody can explain it please?

One IPU in a network of BPs, at board information shown R-state PCB 2, all other R-state PCB 3.
But the older one with PCB 2 shows the following software versions:

RYS 102 539/1-2 R3A Bootimage
RYS 102 541/1 R6C Applicationimage
CAA1122784 R3B DSM3

Do you think bootimage had to be R2A and application image R6B(the latests ones)?

If yes which are the steps I have to follow for changing the bios image?
