IPU Problem when replace CF 32MB with 1GB

I have an old version IPU with CF 32 MB , this compact flash has been interrupted and the yellow led flashes ( second yellow ) I \ve tried to replace the CF with another one 32 MB and the problem was solved , but when I repeat with CF 1 GB , the IPU cannot read it and the problem of the first case return, so I wanted to ask if there is any way to use the 1GB CF on this card ??

You solved the problem with changing the flashcard with another 32MB card, so why
do you have changed then with a 1GB card?
update boot and application image, then the 1GB card should work.

the other CF 32MB belongs to other IPU card ,, can you tell me how can I update boot image ??
