Iptables pop3/smtp and telnet/ssh

i've got the following problem
i got 1 router with linux iptables running and an adsl uplink, and 4 produktive machines
only two machines should be allowed to connect to the inet the others should only be allowed to sendand recieve mails
the router should be accessible by telnet/ssh by one of the inet pcs
can anyone help me how to set up the router firewall ?
