IPSI serial numbers 2

Is there a way to check the serial numbers of IPSI's remotely?
I need to verify them in a remote port network because of a license file error on an ESS license.

Sure, get into the "Maintenance Web Page", near the bottom left, under "Miscellaneous", click on "Serial Numbers"... they should be displayed.

I could not find that either and my vendor said they only knew how by reading it of the card. This has saved me a 2 hour trip to a second location.
