IPSI duplication issues

I have recently added a port network to an enviornment. I have duplicated IPSI's in this port network. The problem is this, when I do a status port-network X, my A ipsi has a Y next to control channel and Dedicated tones, my B IPSI has a N. I know that one way or the other the A should only have 1 Y, and the B would have the other. I have reseated, reset, busied out all IPSI's in this port-network. Even with the A ipsi busied out it still has both Y fields. I have other port networks that are configured correctly. If anyone has any advice or has experienced this before, please let me know.

did you do this:

"change sys dup", and stroke it to a "y"?
