IPSI Adapter vs. Medpro/ CLAN Adapter 2

Can a Medpro/ CLAN amp>rj45 adapter be used for an IPSI? Or is the pinout different? Thanks in adavnce.

CLAN and Medpro adapter cannot be used for IPSI.

that being said, there is a LAN port on the front of the IPSI, if you have lost/misplaced the special dongle, you CAN plug in your network cable on the front of the IPSI card. It does work, I have one in the lab I use that way.

Agreed, and on certain types of cabinets, you HAVE to use the front port as there is no backplane port for slot 1.
