Can anyone point me to some documentation on configuring an IPsec tunnel?
I've searched the knowledge base and can't seem to find it?

On another note has anyone gotten a vpn client phone to work with a RV042 router? I saw in this 940-1257607 where someone got it to work but I can't seem to figure it out

1 :2 : I don't want to dissappoint you but the RV042 router does not work:

If you manage to get it working please let me know, i will give you one year a star for every post on Tek-Tips

why would you want to set up an ipsec tunnel between 2 ipo's anyway? can you imagine the amount of reboots you would need? Put in 2 cheap routers and you get a better service.

I'm with TheTaker on this one, even Avaya recommend against sending voice over an IP Office generated VPN never mind running your network/SCN over it.

The tunneling was more of an experimental/ boredom thing as I have a couple of spare IPO's laying around. I had seen the knowledgebase article but thought maybe there was a bit more info on it somewhere else hiding out. At his point I don't I'll even mess with it.

I had given up on the RV042 plan a long time ago but then came across this thread the other day and gave it another try.. If it does work as janni78 says I surely can't figure it out and apparently am not alone.

Thanks for the input guys.
