IPsec Connection Problems

I have a problem connecting through my IPSec tunnel. Whenever the tunnel is connected i can map a drive from a Win2k machine to my Win2K server but when i try to access the files and folders on the server windows explorer hangs and needs to be restart.

So i setup a PPTP tunnel to see if there were connectivty problems but when I connect via PPTP i can access everything fine.

Can anyone help
