Hello All,

I am looking to verify what the appropriate, normal, or most often used settings (if there is such a thing) for the Network side of things when using CCIS.
We are using Cisco switches (Catalyst 3560's) to connect to our IPS 2000 PBX's together.

Am trying to verify things like--- Auto speed/manual speed, Auto duplex/Manual duplex 10 or 100, Trunk?
are the ports connected to the PBX CPU's set different than the ports connecting the 8 IPLA cards??
Hope that's not opening a huge can of worms but any thoughts would be appreciated.
thanks.

The recommended setting is 100 full duplex. NEC prefers hard coding this instead of auto-negotiate. QOS setting should be set to expedited forwarding (DSCP 46).
