IPS DCON Command 2

Hi, does anyone know the DCON command (display connection)on the IPS system? I know it exist's as I have seen engineering use it but they are not too forthcoming.

I think this is listed in my manuals as an ozzie only command but you might want to try CMD E8 de (stn No) de

But I am not sure, it is listed in the older manuals as manual path connection but I am not sure if it displays the current connection or not. You might want to try it and if it doesn't work I'll see what else I can find out.
 
Ok gang lets put this one to bed.....


CM E8> ext:

This will show the Display of connection to another trunk or station

CM EC1> ext:

This shows if there is a phone connected to the len. This is good if you suspect a wiring issue.

E8 is NOT in any manual. NEC will usually not talk to you about this.

EC1 is in the Maint Manual and Command Manual.
